Cohort Participation Agreement

The commitments that protect the integrity, privacy, and safety of the 90-Day Founding Beta Cohort.

1. Parties and incorporated terms

This Cohort Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Remembrance Codex Inc. (“Remembrance Codex,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the adult participant who accepts it (“you”). The Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, and accepted enrollment or order terms are incorporated by reference. Specific enrollment terms control over this Agreement on price, dates, payment, cancellation, and refunds.

2. Purpose and mutual fit

The cohort is a facilitated 90-day beta experience involving spiritual reflection, education, embodied practice, community, and experimental AI-assisted tools. An application or exploration call is an evaluation of mutual fit, not a promise of admission. Admission is limited, and no personal, spiritual, health, relationship, business, or financial outcome is guaranteed.

3. Adult participation and personal agency

You confirm that you are at least 18, are participating voluntarily, and retain responsibility for your choices, boundaries, and wellbeing. You may decline to answer a nonessential question, step away from an exercise, or seek support. You agree to communicate material access or safety needs early enough for us to consider reasonable accommodations.

4. Scope and professional boundaries

The cohort is not psychotherapy, medical or psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or crisis care and does not create a clinician-patient or other professional relationship. Facilitators and technology do not replace qualified care. The cohort is not monitored for emergencies. In an emergency, contact local emergency services; in the United States, call or text 988.

5. Disclosed participation risks

Reflective exercises, feedback, group interaction, technology, and conversations about values or personal patterns can bring emotional discomfort, disagreement, fatigue, uncertainty, or unexpected memories. Technology and AI can fail or produce inaccurate, inappropriate, biased, or fabricated material. Other participants may misunderstand or fail to honor a rule despite our efforts.

You accept these ordinary disclosed risks while retaining every right that cannot lawfully be waived. You agree to use independent judgment and qualified professional support for consequential decisions.

6. Confidentiality and privacy within the cohort

You may use what you personally learn, but you may not record, screenshot, transcribe, identify, quote, publish, distribute, exploit, or disclose another participant’s identity, story, voice, image, message, or private contribution without that person’s prior explicit permission.

• Do not share access links, credentials, private materials, participant lists, or session content outside the authorized group.
• Do not upload another participant’s contribution to an AI system or third-party tool.
• Do not solicit or market to participants using information learned in the cohort without their separate permission.
• Report a suspected privacy or safety issue promptly to harmoni@remembrancecodex.com.

Remembrance Codex limits staff and provider access as described in the Privacy Policy and requires these community rules, but no company can guarantee that another human participant will comply. Share accordingly.

7. Recording and transcription

You may not record or transcribe a cohort session. Remembrance Codex will not record or transcribe a session unless it first provides conspicuous notice and obtains the separate consent required by law. A general acceptance of this Agreement is not recording consent. Any recording notice will explain purpose, viewers, retention, and available alternative before capture begins.

8. Sensitive information and AI

You choose what personal reflections to share. We process application and cohort information only for the purposes in the Privacy Policy and Health Data Notice. Personal and sensitive content is not sold, used for cross-context behavioral advertising, or used to train public or general-purpose AI models. Content-level training or fine-tuning requires a separate affirmative opt-in.

AI is a reflective aid, not an authority. Founding-beta prompts, outputs, ratings, safety findings, memory summaries, and technical traces may be stored and reviewed by authorized evaluators for the limited quality, safety, and architecture evaluation described in the Privacy Policy. This is not permission for public or general-purpose model training. Do not enter emergency information, another person’s confidential information, or material you are not comfortable having processed by contracted service providers. Question outputs and report concerning behavior.

9. Community conduct

You agree to participate without harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, discrimination, impersonation, manipulation, sexual misconduct, retaliation, unlawful activity, privacy violations, or persistent disruption. Facilitator boundaries and a participant’s “no” must be respected.

We may set reasonable discussion and safety practices; remove content; pause an interaction; or suspend or remove a participant for a material breach or credible safety risk. When practical, we will consider context and provide notice or a chance to respond. Any refund consequence is governed by the accepted enrollment terms and applicable law.

10. Participation and beta feedback

You agree to make a good-faith effort to attend, arrive respectfully, protect the shared field, and provide candid feedback when requested. Feedback is optional unless the enrollment terms expressly say otherwise. We may use feedback about the Services, but we will not publish your name, likeness, testimonial, private story, or sensitive content without separate permission. You remain free to give an honest review.

11. Materials and participant content

Cohort curriculum and materials are licensed for your personal, noncommercial participation and may not be copied, taught, resold, or distributed. You retain rights in your original contributions and grant only the limited service license described in the Terms of Use. You are responsible for having authority to share what you submit.

12. Schedule, changes, payment, and cancellation

The accepted enrollment or order terms must state the cohort dates, included access, price, payment schedule, cancellation window, refund policy, and what happens if the Company postpones or cancels. Remembrance Codex may make reasonable nonmaterial changes to facilitators, sequencing, or tools. A material change will be handled under the enrollment terms and applicable law.

13. Withdrawal and removal

You may withdraw by notifying us. Withdrawal does not automatically create a refund beyond the accepted enrollment terms or law. We may remove a participant for material breach, nonpayment, or a credible risk to privacy or safety. Confidentiality, intellectual-property, payment, and other provisions that by their nature should continue survive withdrawal or removal.

14. Disclaimers, liability, and disputes

The disclaimers, limits of liability, narrow indemnity, and dispute process in the Terms of Use apply to the cohort to the maximum extent permitted by law. They do not limit liability or rights that law does not permit the parties to limit.

15. Acceptance and records

Enrollment should present an unchecked box linking this Agreement and the Terms of Use. By checking it and completing enrollment, you acknowledge that you read and agree to the version shown. Remembrance Codex may retain the agreement version, timestamp, user identifier, enrollment page version, and related evidence of acceptance.
